So my nephew had his birthday party here today and the service we received was disgraceful. The trampoline park in itself was fine and the children enjoyed it (apart from it being freezing) As for the "party" this was literally non existent, there is no party host as stated, the cold buffet is very poor for the amount they charge. The staff are so unprofessional and very unhelpful. Reading other reviews which say the same you would think they would take some constructive criticism on board and make changes but this is clearly not the case. It's really sad that an 8 year old comes away from his own birthday party upset as they didn't like it. There is no way I would reccomend this place to anyone to hold a party.

Firstly, I had my son's party here a while back and never reviewed even though our experience was less than satisfactory for the money we paid. Secondly I have been again today for another party and have been spoken to terribly by a staff member on more than one occasion. Young lad, short brown hair, hosting party and working front desk. Seemed to be waiting for an opportunity to have a go after I pulled him up on his attitude. Won't be coming here again unless for kids party, not spending my money here.

Visited today using a Wowcher. We all thought it was great value and good fun. The prices in the cafe were very reasonable. The staff were all friendly and courteous. My only criticism is it was very cold in the jumping area but then I suppose it needs to be so children don’t get too hot. Parking is not brilliant but for £1.40 for 2 hours on the road is fine. We will visit again definitely as it’s really convenient for us and we all enjoyed it.

Visited last week with two young children. The woman on the reception area was being VERY VERY RUDE to another family in the line next to us (The way that she was talking I assumed she was the owner or the owners mum). The young family were obviously embarrassed about the way that she was speaking to them and I saw one of the younger members of staff actually trying to support the family only to be shot down by his boss. We ended up walking out. The place looked dirty and was very cold and with rudeness like that I didn't feel that we should spend money there even though friends had already visited and warned us about this place I thought I would give it a go. The owner/ owners mum literally only seemed interested in taking peoples money and not on customer service or providing an experience to young children and their families. Recently visited two others in the area who provide such better service and with a smile...if you don't like young children and their families and interacting pleasantly with them and the public then your probably in the wrong job and judging by other peoples comments and the sarcastic responses that you have given in some cases you can clearly see what kind of customer service that has been provided) If I could give less than one star I would.
