We booked this hotel as part of the Legoland deal. Upon arrival we checked in smoothly and quickly, very friendly at reception, the kids received a little colouring pack and a free drink. We collected our key and made our way to our room. The room was great, very clean and tidy, beds were so comfortable. The kids pull out sofa bed was already made on arrival. Room had an iron, kettle, all the usual toiletries, towels and a TV which had a good selection of channels. We received a phone call to the room asking if we had settled into our room and if there was anything that the hotel could do for us. There is a chip shop and Lidl right across from the hotel if you don't fancy eating in the hotel or fancy some snacks like us. Breakfast the next morning was great, it was a help yourself buffet, hot/cold, pastries, fruit, yogurts etc. Special mention the most amazing waiter ( sorry I didn't get his name) you will know when you meet him who I mean, he was fantastic with the kids, gave them some sweets and really made time for them even brought out some pancakes with smiley faces in chocolate sauce to them as a surprise. Thank you ! (We hope your sons piano lessons are going well ) parking is free all you have to do is enter your car reg onto the computer at reception. Legoland was about 30 minutes drive which was OK. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the swimming pool wasn't open but we knew this before we went so wasnt too much of a problem but just incase others expect it to be thought I'd better mention. We kept the fact that we were going to legoland a surprise from the kids and the hotel were brilliant about not letting on so don't worry about that if you wanted to keep it a surprise and were worried the hotel would say. all in all a great stay!
