Walking around Oxford is just great to see all the wonderful old buildings in such good condition and well looked after.

Discovering this as part of our walking section of our hop-on hop-off bus tour was an added bonus. The next highlight was teaching my partner to actually get me and the Bridge in the one photograph. A must for history buffs.

Although pretty to look at, it's just a bridge, and it's by no means the prettiest or most impressive thing to look at in this area. If you are nearby, it won't cost you a lot of time to just swing by, but I would not travel far just for the bridge.

You have seen this bridge in a number of films. The more practical reason for existing can be to walk to the dining room on one side from the other side.
