This was my first time ever using Premier Inn and I was absolutely mind blown. Me and my husband due to circumstances with our house, we needed a quiet place to host our webinar that we had planned. We walked into a few places asking if we could book a room for use just during the day, but we kept getting turned down even though our work was in line with government regulations. When we walked into Premier Inn we also thought we would get turned away, however that was completely not the case, the staff was very accommodating (I forgot to check the names, but she was tall with red hair and her manager). They got us settled in even with complications with their technology, the rooms were very quiet, clean and very comfortable. Finally, the value of this place is insanely cheap however that did not reflect on the quality of the rooms at all. All in all, this place was amazing and has reached 1st in our list of best hotels so far.

Been served by a lot of staff from different places but you they have a very commendable staff named Emma. The weather has been cold but she was very warm and lovely. Kind people like her deserve a pay raise or recognition. Thanks a lot, Emma!!

Arrived a little early but was told could not check in till 2pm so went for a stroll in the town centre which is just 5 mins away.
Parking is very near at the St John’s car park.
Check in was swift and mask must be worn at all times. Lobby toilets were closed and only 1 lift operational. Room was a good size however don’t forget your slippers as the carpet was stained in several places which is a shame. Bed was super comfortable and shower and toilet immaculate. In the drawer next to the wardrobe we found some beer left behind by the previous guests so attention to detail needed by whoever cleaned room 227.
Extra amenities if required can be collected at the front desk. Did not eat at the hotel.
TV is basic with no access to internet TV. Wifi is slow unless you upgrade to the premium one for £5.
