We all arrived on Friday afternoon and checked in, the rooms were clean, tidy and had everything you wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed taxis. The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. The pub adjacent was lovely home cooked food and pleasant staff.

We experienced the best customer experience ever! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed unconditionally and the lady on reception insisted on taking our luggage to the rooms, she also made sure we had a taxi booked for our evening, such a great time!

we stayed here for 3 nights and found the location lovely and quiet. Rooms were standard for a premier inn and the free parking and pub just across the car park were added perks for us. We decided not to eat at the hotel after reading reviews and with mcdonalds ( 5 min drive in a retail park) or town for breakfast & the pub or town for lunch we didnt need to.You can get a taxi to town for £8 or the walk is about 30 mins and you can mix it up by doing half of it along the river to make a change. I would stay here again.

very good hotel, situated very near a park and ride, ideal for visiting York. It has a lovely public house in the same grounds that did excellent meals. Friendly staff, just a shame bed not as comfy as usual and smell from drains coming from sink.

My wife and I paid our first visit to a Premier Inn following favourable reports from friends and, if this one was anything to go by, it won't be our last. No frills but well kept, presented and clean and the beds are comfy.

This one is a couple of miles ourselves the city centre but spark and ride is less than a mile away and that is the best option for getting into York city centre.

We just had the continental breakfast which was enough for us (eat as much as you want) and that adds £15.00 to the bill for two. Still not bad value overall.
