Single Bussines Traveler
Managed to find a room here at the last minute, didn't expect much but it was a vast improvement on some of the single rooms I've stayed in before, very comfy bed. Everything in room was new including ensuite with added bonus of free WiFi. Although unable to take breakfast due to an early start a packed breakfast was provided by the owner. Excellent valuefor money and will stay here again in the future.

I stayed here for 3 days form 5th-7th August, with a friend for a short break during our summer holiday. We received an exceptionally warm welcome from the friendly staff who continued to be chatty, helpful and very hospitable throughout our stay. The room was clean and had fresh white sheets-which I like! The full-English was very tasty and all home-cooked!
Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

we found the manager to be very friendly and helpful indeed, are room was lovely decorated and clean and fresh, well situated for city centre, beautiful park 3minute walk at the end of the road situated behind the quest house, realy great park playing facilitites for the kids, nice gardens with a small lake with ducks and geese, lovley for a picnic in the summer you can walk right through the park and then go out to the river front and cross over to the other side over the bridge and enjoy a lovely walk to the city centre watching the boats go past, are little boy just loved this. you can come and go as you please from the quest house as you have your own key we had no disturbance of noise and enjoyed a comfy nights sleep. the quest house does have a carpark but we managed to stay parked right outside the quest house at the front as parking there seems easy. would definatley recommend.
