Very good location for exploring London and for Royal Albert Hall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and airy, with an artistic touch and very good breakfast. Cocktails are a must for anyone staying here.

Stayed here as a couple for 1 night. On arrival hotel is very arty and quirky and the reception were very welcoming and stored our luggage as we were too early for check in. After exploring london we returned to our room which was excellent. Very clean, a good size with the king size bed and flat screen tv. The in room ipad is a great feature and i used it to order extra shower gels and shampoos (no cost) and it arrived so quickly. The bathroom was great with a deep bath and separate rain fall double shower.
The staff were very friendly and i would definitely recommend this hotel and will return
Thank you

Wow, what a great place. They display work by a different artist every month. The downstairs of the hotel is amazing, you could spend hours just sitting and admiring it all. The rooms are both practical and high end, spec wise. Our room was lovely and no sound of traffic despite being in London and close to busy roads. At the end of the road is the Natural History Museum and the V & A Museum...its close to tube, allowing quick access to all other areas of London. Highly recommended and a real treat

Great hotel. We stayed as we were attending The Royal Marsden. Perfect for visiting the musuems. Quite area, safe, good area for eating out. Hotel quite, friendly staff, lovely room and perfect bathroom with both shower and bath and good products. Tea/coffee and water replenished each day.

Emperor’s new clothes springs to mind when reading other reviews about this hotel. I expected much more and the reviews do not match my experience. It is very comfortable and in a good location but it is certainly not 5 star. Check in not friendly or welcoming, not a great first impression. The room - chipped Ikea mugs, a travel size kettle that needed to be boiled twice to make two mugs of tea, no simple black tea, light not working, curtain hanging off at one end, no basic information about anything like breakfast, other meal availability etc. The quirky does not make up for lack of attention to the basics. Customer service is much more important than quirky art installations, some of which border on tacky. I did not intend to bother with a review but was invited to do so by the hotel. Do not be fooled by previous reviews, this hotel has a lot of work to do to make it 5 star. On the plus side, lovely bathroom with plush towels, very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely quiet location.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back very quiet
