No no no! Dusty bedside table, dirty plastic tea spoons, cheap tea, uncomfortable mattress with springs digging in to you while you bounce yourself through the noisy night (constant traffic) trying to get some sleep on the concrete pillows. Slow check in, pitiful towels, tired bathroom, tiny tv, no cooked breakfast and faaaaar away. For a similar price and distance, try the excellent hotel Glenlyn Guesthouse.  Possibly only chose this for Wembley Arena concerts, otherwise there are better options.

We have been travelling all around the world and keep visiting England 3 times a year. Since last time we have found an amazing place to stay - good location, excellent friendly environment and people - literally home away from home.

A must recomment for people who value comfort / cost & hospitality.

Room Tip: Look for level one & two

Stayed here for the England v Wales game, great room for 3 adults, clean, comfortable beds, bathroom small but clean. Friendly reception staff and nice continental breakfast. We had to wait a short time for a table but this was not a problem. The hotel hasa free car parking and is less than 5 minutes from the tube. Tesco Express and a number of small shops and pubsacross the road.
Will stay here again as a great hotel and location for getting around London.

Room Tip: We stayed in the front of the hotel and although on a busy roundabout had no problem sleeping.

We booked a family room. The rooms was nice and freshly painted and clean. Toilet and shower facilities were small, but adequate. Overall the rooms are comfortable and well kept. Continental breakfast was included, and was pleasant affair in clean and well kept dining area . The hotel is located a minutes walk from Kinsbury tube station, and close to lots of shop and restaurants.
Hotel is close to wembley and city is not far in tube. staff are help full and we enjoy our stay. This i great value hotel and i have used many time this hotel and will use in future.
Thanks to hotel staff for looking after us.

Lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds easy to find with all local ammenities on the door step. Ideal if you are using Wembley stadium just one tube stop. Only one little gripe and that was the breakfast continental style with baked beans as an extra the only problem was they where put in a slow cooker cold and the staff did not say so cold beans on toast.
