The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. Currently there is no way of switching the room air conditioning off, so its on constantly. The temperature can be varied so thats ok, its just a bit noisy if you are a sensitive sleeper. There is also no real system for breakfast, a bit of a free for all. Having said that the food is ok. The location is good, very handy to everything you need. Currently parking is at the IBIS, about 5 minutes away, please also take care, the Holiday in web site quotes £20/day parking on its web site however the IBIS charges £24 / day.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your kind review on our hotel, we are glad you found the hotel clean and enjoyed the location.

We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. With regards to the air conditioner, you can find an air conditioner control box located next to the door for the room from where you can not only control the temperature but also switch it off.

Our car park will also be opening by the end of September.

Once again thank you for your feedback.

Kings Regards,

Laura Vila

Stayed here for 4 nights last week for a short break in London and had a really comfortable stay here. Had a nice room in the new block to the rear and it was nice and quiet. The room was very comfortable, a good nights sleep and a great double size shower with power shower, most enjoyable!! Breakfast was included as always with the Express and was a really good start to the day. Cereals, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, Sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, toast.......plenty to choose from and there were no complaints from us. West Brompton and West Kensington tubes just a 5 minute walk away and a Tesco express/Co-op stores close by. Would stay here again for sure.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the new block to be away from the main road, its nice and quiet. For breakfast, before 8am and after 930am seemed the quieter times

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my partner on a trip to London to see the sights. The hotel looks newly refurbished and is kept very clean. Our room was spacious and quiet, for London that is a huge bonus. The breakfast was not bad with quite a bit of choice. I would reccomend this to anyone who needs a comfortable stay at a low price.

We are a family of five, including 2 teenagers. The rooms are small by North American standards but we fit fine. The price was very reasonable, the breakfast was great, the location was very good. We enjoyed the neighborhood which is very cosmopolitan. Its a short walk to grocery stores, fish and chip shops etc. And its close to 2 Subway lines. If you are a Chelsea FC fan you are really close to Stamford Bridge- they won the FA Cup while we there and the neighborhood was abuzz and draped in Blue. The staff at the desk were very helpful in directing us around London. this is great value.
