I love Wahaca in general, and this branch is my personal favourite. The location is fab, overlooking the river in shipping containers. Food and cocktails never disappoint. The classic margarita is brilliant, and I highly recommend the pork pibil tacos, sweet potato and feta taquito and the frijoles with tortilla chips. My last visit was on a very busy Saturday, but we were still seated in much less than the 30-40 minutes we had been quoted, and service was brilliant despite our waitress telling us it may be slower than normal. Will be back!

Fabulous as always - great view of the Thames. V v busy but worth the wait. Margaritas are lovely. Hibiscus gin ok. Street food filled the table - really reasonable considering v location particularly. ❤️

Live locally and pitch up here as often as possible - the food is always fantastic and the cocktails great, but this Wahaca is set apart by its fab location in a collection of shipping containers, overlooking South Bank and the River Thames.
Great view, great service, great staff, slightly less than great toilets but everything else a winner.

Went for my birthday meal with my friend and what a lovely place to visit. Although it was extremely busy all the staff were so welcoming so we enjoyed a cocktail whilst we waited for a table. Wait for a table was about 10 mins. Our waiter was lovely. The food arrived in no time at all which I was surprised with it been so busy, I was expecting a long wait. The food was gorgeous and had a huge selection of drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Very friendly staff and eclectic cafe/restaurant siting overlooking Old Father Thames is beguiling. The food is not. We chose the intro £25 offering which looked great and excellent value but almost each and every dish was unappetising and greasy. We were early customers, hungry and disappointed as we left.
