Room was like living in a box, bathroom was smaller than our toilet at home, only one pillow each, tv, no bedside cabinets and only one towel between two people. Although Hotel was in a very good position to Moorfields Eye Hospital where we had to go next day, we would not recommend Easy Hotel to anybody.

The room is like a prison cell. No window, flickering bathroom light and pillows flat as a pancake. No bedside tables, bathroom is like a port-a-loo, no full length mirror.
My friend felt so claustrophobic he threw up in the morning. It was like being on a plane... funny that. Do not waste your money. We paid £75 for a twin room with no window- disgusting.

The location was good near two underground stops. But the first thing I could smell when I walked into the room was the bathroom which stank up the whole room. The staff were rude. Our key card stopped working after the first day. There was one towel to be shared between two guests. It was noisy both the air-conditioning and could hear people talking at all hours. The air-conditioning was either too cold or too hot and could not be adjusted in the rooms.

Room is extremely small. Bathroom / toilet small, basically no toiletry. Not any extra except a very very bare room. And price was not that cheap. I would not recommend any of my friends and relatives to stay in the Easy Hotel chain.

A few things annoyed me, I paid extra for a window which was a slit and did not open. Room felt a bit claustrophobic and bare with no tv. You get what you pay for however that’s why I was annoyed by all of the additional charges trying to hike up the price such as 5 pounds for WiFi and 5 pounds to mind your bags the next day. 10 pounds to check in early. Breakfast was not worth the money came in a box. I’m usually pretty easy going I just didn’t like the way they tried to get more money out of you at every turn.
