Are you fed up of anonymous, bland and boring hotels on noisy street corners? Would you like a friendly, peaceful place to stay? Then do go to Foxhill! Sue and Tim provide a relaxed experience, from the pleasant and peaceful surroundings to the gorgeously quirky and colourful interior of their wonderful home. You are surrounded by their photos, momentos and art, and treated to their lovely hospitality which is so needed in this busy modern world.
Rooms are gloriously old fashioned, in keeping with this splendid house. Dogs and cats are introduced with pride, teas and coffees are taken in the fabulously homely kitchen. The house was filled with the wonderful scent of mint when we arrived as Sue was making herb jellies.
Tim made us an excellent breakfast, thoughtfully and wisely making porridge for my gluten free brother, without him even asking! This is the calibre of hospitality at Foxhill B&B.
Do make time to chat to Tim and Sue and ask them about their lives, they are truly interesting, wise people .
With the Crystal Palace triangle within walking distance, there is a huge choice of place to eat.
