Me, my husband and stepson had a short break to go to the theatre. Perfect location for us on the river, close to St. Paul's and Covent Garden. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was immaculate and we had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

This hotel is well placed for many attractions in London and the City. Check in was efficient and professional. Our room was well equipped and very clean although it has zero view, no problem as there to sleep. Tea/coffee/water provided and good range of bathroom shower gels etc. Plenty of towels and very comfy bed. We didn't eat here as plenty of dining venues outside the hotel.

We spent 4 nights in September 2016. Superb location! Blackfriars tube station is directly opposite the hotel. St Paul’s Cathedral is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Good quality room and facilities. Friendly staff.

We stayed just the one night with our two grandsons when we went to see The Lion King. We all enjoyed our stay even if it was a short one. The room was excellent with two double beds, so plenty of room for us. Also the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Room Tip: We were on the second floor and it was fairly quiet.

My partner booked this hotel for my surprise birthday trip to London and it was excellent.

We arrived early afternoon to check in for our one night stop and we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who checked us in quickly with no hassle at all. She also advised us that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a club room and access to the club lounge, being a trip for my birthday this made it even more special.

On arriving at our room we were extremely pleased. The room was spacious, modern and clean everything I'd expect from a hotel with this price range. There were all the amenities you would need and extras like a boss sound dock (unfortunately an older model that wouldn't work for iPhone 5 and newer) and a smart phone you could use to search for local guides etc. We didn't use this as we have our own but for foreign travellers this would be a handy extra.

The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise heard at any point in our stay from the corridors or adjoining rooms.

We would definitely stay here again, top service, lovely rooms and great central location.
