Stayed in a private 2-person room here for 2 nights. Prices were affordable for London and big plus was the location: on a nice quiet street close to Earls Court tube, and also a close enough walk from where the EasyBus from Gatwick airport drops you off at West Brompton. The private room had it's own shower and sink in the room, and the toilet was located down the hall with the laundry. The staff here was very welcoming and helpful, and everything was clean. Our private room also had a TV, lots of outlets, 2 USB plugs above each side of the bed, a full-length mirror and a nicely sized armoire with hanging space and drawers. You can rent towels and hairdryers for a refundable deposit.

The hostel is located about five minutes from the Earl's Court subway station, on a quiet side street in a nice neighborhood near Kensington. The staff at the desk are very friendly, welcoming, and conversational. The four-bed female dorm I stayed in on the second floor was very comfortable, with large lockers (key provided), ensuite bathroom with shower, and excellent sturdy wooden custom-built bunk beds equipped with very comfortable firm mattresses -- unusually comfortable for bunk beds. Each bed had a shelf with a reading light and outlet to charge electronics. Wifi was strong in my room as well on the first floor. The included breakfast was very simple -- not great, but OK -- instant coffee, toast, muesli or cold cereal with milk, bananas (which were green when I was there) or oranges. The kitchen has refrigerator space for guest use and a large table for breakfast. A very well designed and comfortable hostel run by an experienced traveller.

Although the prices seem steep, for London you're getting a good deal here. I stayed in one of the mixed 4 bed rooms they offer, it comes with an ensuite shower and sink. The toilet is not in the room but close by which isnt too much of an issue. The beds are comfortable enough and the rooms come with your own locked (dont forget to bring your own padlock!). Basic room but it's all you need!
Free breakfast is a great addition as well as free tea and coffee throughout the day. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is conveniently located about 5mins from Earls Court station which means you're only about 15/20mins from the centre. Wifi was decent and the people staying often seem very nice. This is not a party hostel, definitely more laid back with their own lounge and garden area to chill in too. Would return here if in London.

We had room number 1. Quick check in no faffing around which we liked. Close to the subway station and easy to find the hostel
Our room had a shower in our room, tv, excellent heating and was next to the outdoor area which will be lovely for warmer weather.
It's a little worn and tired but offers great value for money. Breakfast provided, great communal areas to meet people in kitchen, garden and comfortable front room.
Would have given it 4 point 5. If I could give half scores.

:) will def come again

For the money, you couldn't do much better than this place. The dorm was basic. There is no elevator. The wifi was good. Breakfast is pretty basic. The people are friendly and many of them stay there, so they really take care of the place. The neighborhood has a lot of food options, and it is located right by the Earl's Court Underground Station, so it's easy to get around.
