The room was very small. We were expecting a small room (reading the reviews here) but it was a shock. Seems like the double bed takes 90% of the room. However, we heard it's common in London.
The bathroom is very small as well.
We did not take the breakfast.
There is no air-condition in the room. It was pretty tough, considering the 29-30 degrees Celsius (84-86F). Again, A/C is not very common in London hotels.
The room was very clean - spotless.
The crew was very nice, although we asked for a fan but didn't get one.
The main complaint - we wrote to the hotel before we arrived, as we always do - to make sure the reservation is OK. No reply.
We wrote another mail but still got no reply.
To conclude - we do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was booked last minute and for the time of the year, it's pretty cheap for 4 adults comfortably staying in one room. They have lifts. In a quiet & elegant area. A big sainsbury's & laundromat is just 200m. Earls court tube and restaurants also 300m. They have left luggage facilities.

The staff here were all amazing! They're very accommodating and helpful.
I'll certainly go back!!!

I normally use our corporate system for getting a hotel in London but on this date the hotels on offer exceeded the daily allowance. The Westbury was cheaper and the reviews, although mixed, were good enough! I arrived just after 7 to a friendly greeting. The entrance to the hotel is tidy. I went to my room (203) - it had 3 beds (two singles and a double) and was fairly cramp (normal by London standards) but clean and the linen was good - one of my measures. The bathroom was small but good hot water and the room was warm. The bed was comfortable. I got a friendly goodbye when I left. It was £40 cheaper than other hotels I have stayed in on that night and it was perfect for a business overnight trip. Location is good with shops and restaurants a short 5 minutes away. Yes it is a little bit tired in places but absolutely fine if you don't expect luxury. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for the pleasant stay.

For us it was a night away from home (Yeovil Somerset) due to officiating at a football aid match at Chelsea fc on bank holiday Friday in late May. First off the hotel is so very easy to find from Earls Court tube station around 5 to 10 mins walk if that.
Next its right on the corner of Collingham Place so you really cant miss it.

We were warmly greeted by the owner and another member of staff and directed to our ground floor room (watch out for the step though (wouldn't want to go back after a few drinks) The room (G7) was light and airy with a double and single bed in it. A decent ensuite with shower was ideal for us. Tea and coffee was in the room and a wardrobe for clothes and a safe should you need to use it. We didn't have breakfast as we had to shoot off early for our train but believe its available if you do. A nice cherrio as we left which was nice. Would certainly recommend if you want a reasonably priced hotel for a night or two. Would certainly use again

Room Tip: pot luck i think but we were well looked after

Good location near all the museums and Kensington/Chelsea.staff were pleasant. Room was tiny and poorly maintained, leaking and broken taps and dirty shower, no spoons for drinks, eventually found tv remote under the bed! Bad nights sleep as walls so thin you hear every noise made by other guests, tiny bathroom poorly fitted out and impractical to use. Breakfast dissapointed as well. Good value for central London location but would not use again unfortunately.
