Β£550 for 2 nights clearly doesn't get you much other than bog standard
+
Nice bathroom with my fave Loccitane toiletries
Good location for Oxford St
Nespresso machine
Big TV
Power socket at bedside
-
Breakfast is extra (but no real drama as Souli over the road is great)
No free bottle of water in your room
Key is massive & has to be left with the concierge
Who the hell has sheets & a blanket & not a duvet, except my Grandma? (who is the only person allowed to have these!)
Clock stopped at 1pm & nobody thought to change the battery
What is the chatty fake flower thing on the bedside table all about?!

Mandeville, Marylebone, Doubletree are all better but this place isn't bad...

Enjoy! β€οΈβœ…β€β€

Beautifull, but small, small rooms, the twins bed are to close.
Internet work perfectly, the staff are very nice, the breakfast it's nice too, but the staff there are a bit confused, but... it s a nice hotel

Perfect location, good service and nice lobby and common areas.
A bit disappointed by the room, small and very simple and looking outdated given the price. Not a big fan of the very soft mattress either.
I'll look at other options next time.

I stayed one night for business and wished I'd gone elsewhere.

The hotel is in a perfect location, downstairs is lovely very traditional and English charm is clearly present in each room.

I was so disappointed with my room it was so so run down, very tired with a poor shower, uncomfortable bed and not that clean. To start with I was put in a single bed room which was tiny and who has single beds in hotels these days? The second room wasn't any better despite having a Queen bed. It wasn't as clean as it should have been and just lacked care and attention. So disappointing.

Breakfast was very good as is the service although checkout was too slow.

I was going to start using the hotel on a regular basis for work ( meetings/ rooms etc) but it just lacks polish and its rundown. Shane as the location is fab!

I won't be returning.

The hotel has a very good location, with lots of connections around. A large variaty of restaurants nearby, offering almost any type of cuisine you mai think of. Oxford Street is quit close for shopping.
The personnel is helpful. The hotel is nice, with a luxury touch. I had a single room, quit small - room 213. On the other hand it is just what i needed, given that i spent there very few time. The value for money was good, it suited my purpose.
