Stayed 7 nights in October 2011 (also stayed a few days last year) and really enjoyed coming home to my little single room. It is London, so the room was small but it was very, very clean, the bed was comfortable, shower a good fit even for a generous body like mine! They have the key to one of those private parks across the street. Although I meant to, I never found the time to go there. Breakfast is basic but more than adequate; with everyone else carrying iPads and iPhones I could access the computer the hotel offers guests (for a fee) anytime I wanted. Staff are very warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. This is now my 'go to' hotel in London.

Room Tip: I like the rooms on the front of the hotel but you do hear people talking and walking in the evening...

Stayed two nights in October 2011. booked a double room and was given room 34. Requested a room with a view and was given a room overlooking the wooded private gardens in the square. Not a very big room with the the double bed against the wall. The bathroom complete with shower was very small. Definately could not swing a cat in there if I was in there. however room was clean and had all that was required. Breakfast was continental and ok.
Location was excellent with earls court tube station within 150m. Easy walk of about 15mins to Vand A and natural history museum.
Price for the room was ok for london. Very helpful reception staff.

Nice hotel within 100 metres of Earl's Court road and 250 metres from Earl's Court Station. Hotel rooms are not huge, but function well and are clean and comfortable. Bathroom functions well including the rather large shower. Breakfast is a self serve continental that comes with the price of the room and is more than ample. One can order a full-English for an additional cost of around £5.00. The one problem with the rooms that they do not have air conditioning and this could pose a problem during the summer, however in October it was not a problem and the window could be opened to allow fresh air into the room. All in all it is a well located hotel in a nice part of London, with pleasant staff, decent breakfast and clean comfortable rooms for around £100/night.

Extremely good location and cheap for London. Room was small with older furnishings but seemed clean. Breakfast was nice. A good place to stay if you're not planning on spending lots of time in your room. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet.

The hotel is in a great location (on a quiet street, but very close to Earl's Court tube station) and is quite cheap compared to most London hotels. The room was small, but clean and tidy. If you just want somewhere accessible to sleep the night in London then this is a great value choice.
