We stayed here for 3 nights in December. The hotel is in a great location next to Hyde park and walking distance from a lot of the attractions and very close to bus and underground stations. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked a standard double room. The rooms are very small with only a very small cupboard and no space to store or unpack 2 big suitcases. The double room is actually not big enough for 2 people and their luggage. I would definitely recommend that a bigger room is booked for more than one person.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially due to the great location.

Room Tip: Try to book a bigger room for more than one person.

I stayed there for a few days last spring. The location is excellent:in a very nice square close to Lancaster Gate tube station . Surrounded by restaurants and bars and within a walking distance from Paddington station .Just a few steps away from Hyde Park. The hotel is newly refurbished with a very nice atmosphere. Breakfast was not inclded in my rates but there are many places where you can go to around there.
There is an excellent Lebanese retsaurant at a very close distance of which unfortunately I don't remember the name. Definutely a good choice when in London.

A small covenient and quiet hotel ideally located for the West End or for attractions in Kensington.
Rooms all vary and are often unusual proportions but are all clean and functional and most importantly very quiet at night.
Breakfast highly organised and with a definite European bias,

Stayed 1 night whilst on business. The room was not too expensive & in an easy to access location. Just round the corner from a great restaurant called Halepi. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean - I was pleased. the hotel neighbourhood is wall-to-wall hotels and you won't be disappointed with this one

This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Lancaster Gate Tube station It is also just off Bayswater which turns into Oxford street, a short ten minute walk. If possible opt to have your breakfast included as it is very substantial. The rooms are decently sized for a European hotel and quite clean. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful, they did not seem to be too familiar with the area. Regardless I would stay here again and recommend it to others. London is really a great city, Enjoy it.
