Its a great hotel with lovely boutique rooms. Staff are the best and really friendly with all of them having a chat whether at reception, the bar or restaurant. Really comfortable beds and a nice feeling to the place.

Booked this hotel for one night on a recommendation from a friend before leaving for a weekend in the Cotswolds and truly wished we were staying for longer! Helpful staff, quirky decor, large rooms and delicious breakfast. Also really close to Earls Court tube which has a lift and direct access to Heathrow airport making your trip super easy and cheap.

Can't wait to return to London and stay here!

This is currently my go to hotel for any London business travel, the staff are always accommodating and the rooms are always spacious, even if some have slightly odd layouts due to the original townhouses.

I noticed during my last couple of stays that the turn down staff turn on a portable radiator or two in the room just so you don’t get cold at night. I did turn mine off on the first night and wished I hadn’t.

Staff were great at handling a stay extension even though they were fully booked.

I will certainly be back!

Excellent find for our trip to see Tears for Fears at the Royal Albert Hall. Refreshing to see a hotel with personality from the helpful staff to the vibrant colourful rooms. We even got an upgrade wish we could have stayed longer...Breakfast really good too. Will return again. Just around the corner from a tube station too.

A cozy townhouse hotel benefiting from luxury International Brand Standards yet leans away from the formalized concierge desk, doormen and decorative flower centerpieces. The colleagues are informal, friendly, genuine and more importantly - happy. The rooms are all individual in design with facing the gardens slightly smaller than the inland view rooms, however given the fantastic location and accessibility into Central London and Theo's Italian restaurant located downstairs there's no time to waste in the room.
Definatly a favourite for me.

Room Tip: Each room is individual and unique it is design and decor
