Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit with us. From the onset please accept my apologies for the poor night’s sleep that you experienced. Our guest comfort is the of the utmost importance to us so please do let us know on your next visit if there is anything at all we can do to improve your visit before you check out. However, may I advise you that the project further down the road, works under very strict Westminster Council timelines that are strictly controlled (weekdays from 8:30am to 5pm, no weekends). We are at loss as how could your sleep be disturbed at 5am.
We always strive to deliver the highest possible standards of service and value for our guests, so it is disappointing to know that we could not manage to return the lost property you left in your room very late at night, when the access is restricted.
I do hope that you will reconsider and pay us a visit soon - the team will ensure that you are well looked after.
