Whilst I really enjoyed the production, I found the audience very badly mannered and the ushers useless. The queue for the box office was chaotic, signs and barriers might be helpful to help confused tourists. There was a lot of pushing and queue jumping going on. I had good seats in the stalls but this did not stop the adult woman sitting next to me from singing along to every song and the two girls on the other side from talking loudly and incessantly. There were ushers in the vicinity who could have easily told them off. The Lion King is clearly a tourist attraction rather than a realistic London musical experience.
