Went with a friend & stayed for 3-nights :)
Room number 26 @ basement level.

Overall a pleasant stay. We asked for a room with two single beds (booked thru Agoda thru TripAdvisor). But instead got a triplet (3-single beds) with attached toilet that has a basic shower.

1. Comfortable beds.
2. Lotsa wall plugs in our room (room 26 with 5 plugs)
3. Kettle n coffee/tea making facility in the room
4. Tv (small but ok)
5. Close to West Brompton and Earl's Court train stations. The latter has a train straight to Heathrow terminals 1-5
6. Near to shops (food n sundry)
7. Muslim halal eateries nearby :)
8. Laundry nearby (coin operated I believe)
9. Basic breakfast (toast, cereals, coffee tea n juice... for sone reason I loved the salted butter)
10. Customer service very helpful
11. Kitchen staff n cleaning staff very nice as well :)

1. Somehow there was a minor stench in the room upon coming back after leaving window open. Berable tho.
2. Fan or air con might be a useful addition as room can get justtt a bit too warm
3. Paid Internet (£5 per night or £10 for the whole 3-nights). Somehow I believe this should be included for freeeeee :)

Stayed for 1 week. Was on my own and had a double room which for 2 people could be a bit cramped, but it was clean and comfortable. Has everything you want . The staff are a delight and nothing was too much trouble from the waiting staff to the cleaning staff. All an absolute delight. Food was nice nothing special and portions are very generous so you would not go hungry. Is on a hill so walking may be a problem for some. The town and beach are very close by. would recommend if passing through Exmouth. It is a bit old fashioned but that was not a problem for me staff and cleanliness are more important and they passed for me with flying colours.

Room Tip: Rooms are not huge but are adequate

Definitely a budget hotel experience, almost a hostel, but very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Furnishings run down, but we didn't care. Location was superb. Right off Earls Court underground stop, on lines both to Heathrow to the west (about 40 min.) and to British Museum (Picadilly line), Tower of London (District line), etc. to the east. Great restaurants nearby -- loved Masala zone. We had a room with a double and a single. Small room, a bit cramped, but we were there only 2 nights. Shower in our room was a big plus -- we didn't expect that "upgrade". Was right next to bed and we took care not to get the bed wet getting into the shower, but worked fine. Also had a sink in our room. Toilet was down the hall. We had a window onto the street, opened it for air during the night -- closed when street noise got too much (not on a main street, but some evening revelers were a bit noisy). Included breakfast was very basic -- cereal, toast, tea and jam, but good enough for us. Service at front desk very friendly and helpful. Gave us a deal on wifi and also kept our bags for us the day we left London so we could continue our visit and pick up the bags on the way to the airport.

Room Tip: WIndow on street on third floor (they called it second) was a plus for air during night. Shower in room also a plus

I have never spent time in London and I was on a mission to find a budget hotel centrally located near public transportation with good reviews. I was quite pleased with the Manor Hotel. I stayed in the double room in the front with access to toilet and shower in the hall. The only downside the toilet and shower was not super convenient. The hotel offered continental breakfast, however, there were no gluten free options. The room was clean and a little bit cold, at the end of May. I asked for an extra blanket and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The neighborhood was nice with an abundance of restaurants and cafes on the main street to the underground. The Manor Hotel was just what I needed for my short visit to London.

Large house in quiet street a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. Our room was on the top floor, that's 5 flights of stairs, the top set being very narrow with no bannister, the room was newly painted with new beds and clean bedding, it had a double & a single bed and a tiny, newly fitted shower room, where you had to run the sink tap to be able to use the shower. The front door was security locked and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a wall mounted hairdryer which blew up whilst in use and was not exchanged despite advising the staff. The area is quiet and so we got a good night's sleep and is situated just off the main room which has everything you could need, included a great Kebab shop which is well worth a visit.

The basement is made into a restaurant and breakfast was juice, tea/coffee, cereal & toast - as much as you wanted.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the Kensington area of London and is value for money.
