I stayed here with my friend for one night in a double room last month- the room was clean but not very spacious for the price.
Please note, there’s a £50 deposit they take from your card upon arrival.
The room was small but had everything we needed however it was ridiculously hot & the air conditioning wouldn’t come on and the window only opened slightly. I went downstairs and reported it to reception and the lady came up and basically stood there pressing all the buttons for about 10-15 minutes. I asked her whether she could contact someone else as the room was unbearable and for the price the least I’d expect is a room with air conditioning that worked. Luckily we had planned to go out so she said if it wasn’t working by the time we got back that night she would call someone which wasn’t actually any assistance because it would have been late by that time so I requested a fan as I didn’t want to take the risk of faffing around late at night when we had a long train journey the following day. The air conditioning was bad so I would avoid on a hot day. Bed was comfy & large and they have a smart tv however the internet was so bad we couldn’t actually watch anything as it would just buffer!
They were happy to hold our luggage after checking out until we needed to get the train home that day which was nice & it was very quiet which was another bonus. Brilliant location & very clean. They also offer room service.

Overall I would go again however for the price there may be a better deal elsewhere.

Our room was small but it had everything we needed. We were surprised how quiet it was at night considering we were in the West End of London. The room was clean, check-in was easy and everything was in good working condition. Queensway underground is a short walk away, on the Central Line.

We had a great stay, spent 10 nights here , it is so central to buses & the tube. You can get everywhere from here with little trouble, beautiful park up the corner & plenty of pubs &, eateries. Our room was modern & extremely clean & quiet. Room was small but everything is in this area, we knew this from our research, so being small a appartment was not a surprise. Would recommend it as value for money.. spoke to others who paid much more for similar.

Stayed here for one night when attending a concert in Hyde Park & the location for this was perfect with about a 15 min walk. Close to a tube station and a good selection of shops close by.

The studio was a double studio and was modern in design with good wardrobe space, iron & ironing board. It also had a good small kitchen area with free tea & coffee, free bottle of water & had fridge, microwave, kettle, sink etc.

The bathroom was small but sufficient with a nicely powered shower, fresh towels and toiletries again free of charge. The slippers were also a nice gesture.

WiFi is also available free of charge.

Things to be wary of would be the £50 refundable deposit that is required at the time of check in - this wasn’t made clear on any documents. Our room was located in the basement (not a problem as there was plenty of light) but the staff smoking on the steps outside our window early in the morning was not that pleasant in terms of noise, the smell which wafted into our room and the fact we had to keep the blind closed. The basement seems to be the place the laundry is kept so outside the room was cluttered.

Reasonable price for location.

I was extrememly disappoined with this hotel. We stayed in a family studio for 4 nights with three twin beds. WAY way too small for three people. Tiny bathroom with a sink to small to even wash your face. No room for luggage. Bathroom door wouldnt even open completely, because the bed was in the way. Extremely dirty. Staff was very unfriendly. The hotel had zero hot or warm water for an entire day of our visit. Decent location, but sketchy, especially after dark. The description and photos are completely misleading and I don’t even believe that the “good” reviews of this hotel are even real.
