Stayed for a few nights with family, the room was ok but definitely needed updating as it seemed to be falling apart!
The shower was terrible water was either freezing cold or boiling hot!

The electrics are at the lowest point of the wall exposed (not in a cupboard) so small children could easily access this.

Definitely not worth the price! If you are looking for a bed for the night and that's All then it's adequate other than that I wouldn't bother staying again!

I stayed in this apartment with my family during the 2016 University of Liverpool summer graduation and it was a wonderful experience there The hotel manager is superb, the location is good for shopping of any basic needs as there is a shop beside the hotel. Even the African shop is a walking distance. A big car park for those with cars All taxis know the place so transportation is easy It's recommended for family visitors as its self servicing

Paid £260 for 4 nights, and accommodation was fine for that price. A bit 'tatty around the edges', but clean, everything worked, and staff were friendly. Good for those on a budget. On the edge of Toxteth, but we had no problems and car was secure in locked car park. Wifi slow.

We stayed in these appointments in December 2016 for a family night away , when we arrived it was rough looking from the outside and inside wasn't much better , after paying £225 for 1 night stay I expected much better , no one to let us in on arrival we had to phone a number, we were put on top floor which wasn't a problem, smell of strong Indian cooking overpowered the whole top floor all the time , Apartment very shabby , mattresses in bad condition in both rooms , living room single sofa beds ripped and damaged and panel of wood sticks in your back while trying to sleep , pillows and old duvets of very poor condition and quality , carpets torn , curtains do not fit windows, table legs dirty , bathroom sink blocked , toilet dose not flush properly, shower disgusting ! Bath full of hair , half way through the first person showering water stopped coming out , when it returned it was freezing then scolding hot. I did phone the man on call and was told it happens and nothing they can do , only 1 of us had a shower out of the five of us , when I got out the towel to dry my self it was covered in stains , fake tan by the look of it , I would advise never to stay here.

Stayed for three nights. Very helpful caretakers. No problem with parking my car in the secure compound. Slept well for the three nights we were there. Paid about £55 a night and was most definately worth it. Cabs from Albert doc back to the apartment was between £6-10 a time including tip. So still good value. Just remember to take a tea towel and hand towel for the bathroom. id go back there again.
