Was given a lovely room with a view over the dock.
Everything was in the room and was clean. Would recommend staying here. Staff pleasant on reception. Great location to all bars and restaurants. Booked again to return in summer.

The rooms were stunning! The exposed brick was a great touch. View from the room was gorgeous (see photo). All the staff were friendly. Breakfast service was fast and friendly. Great location too. Only downside was that we had to que for a while to check in as there was only one receptionist and a long line of guests waiting. Would 100% stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent location only a short walk to the city centre with bar’s cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. We were in room 232 which gave a great view over the dock albeit through dirty windows. Room was clean but as with many PI s beginning to show signs of needing investment, the last 4 PIs we have visited needed new beds and this one was no different and bathrooms showing their age.

No room cleaning during our stay due to cure conditions but fresh towels etc available from reception. The hotel is a bit of a warren in that it’s a former tobacco warehouse so not your usual PI.
We had issues with our room keycards, on three separate occasions we were locked out our room and had to track back to reception to get the cards re programmed, the hotel needs to address this issue as it seems a common occurrence.

Staff were friendly and efficient.
Breakfast was ok, there was a lack of places around for breakfast during the week so eat breakfast in the hotel each morning. The current system of breakfast is definitely not great value, certainly not as before as everything has to be ordered and getting a coffee refill can be difficult.

Car parking at the docks is ridiculously expensive at £20 per night however using parking app search we booked our car into the nearby Hampton by Hilton hotel car park. Excellent secure indoor parking for £18 total Monday to Thursday.
