We managed to have a couple of nights whilst still in Tier two and it was brilliant.
I have reviewed this hotel in detail before so I will simply say thank you to everyone for a faultless stay which set us up for lockdown.

I stayed here just prior to tier 3 coming in. Spotless hotel with friendly staff. It has a lively atmospheric bar and restaurant. Our room was a very good size with comfortable beds and very high quality bed linen. The outdoor pool looked amazing.

Stayed overnight for a covid compliant wedding reception.Every effort had been taken to ensure our safety. The reception room had a lovely view of the city. Food well presented and we were well looked after. The room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast tasty. Staff friendly.
I am so sorry that they will now have to close due to covid tiers. Will stay again when the law allows
As a Liverpudlian, I can thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and cosy with beautiful views. The location was great with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The restaurant had a nice vibe and the food was delicious. I am looking forward to returning.

This is a top quality hotel with superb, modern rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Professional, friendly staff at reception and the bar/restaurant.

The location is ideal for restaurants, theatres and the Philharmonic Hall.
