I visited Liverpool in September with a friend and my two children to attend fusion festival. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time, but the receptionist happily showed us to the toilets so that we could freshen up and stored our bags away. Whilst chatting to her about our day, and discovering where we were headed, she helpfully suggested we go by taxi and arranged one for us too.
We returned after the music festival at about 11pm and collected our bags and room keys but were disappointed to find that our rooms were on different floors. This is a problem that I have had previously when booking a premier inn, I mistakenly presumed that when booking rooms together in one reservation, that the rooms might actually be near each other, sadly at such a late hour nothing could be done to change rooms. Both of our rooms were great, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and our breakfast the next morning was good too, fabulous selection and choice, could've been a little hotter, but was really tasty. What stood out for me at this hotel was the staff, really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Would definitely stay here again.More
