the hotel itself was lovely, clean and the staff were very friendly! we have stayed with premier inn before and have no problems. but on this occation we parked at the car park opposite and were dissapointed when we were departing that it had cost us £17.90 which was a bit dear! the cost of staying at the hotel came to nearly £70 because of the carpark.

5 minute walk from centre of liverpool, helpful staff and decent breakfast as well, when we where there under 16's ate breakfast for nothing when accompanied with a paying adult. Rooms are tidy and sheets and towels are changed daily.

We booked two rooms for one night for our family of five. We stay at Premier Inns regularly and are usually allocated two rooms side by side, or nearby so that we can be close to our teenage children, but on this occasion we were put several corridors apart, and it was quite a trek to and from each others rooms. If we had stayed longer this would not have been ideal but as it was only for one night it wasn't really an issue.

The rooms were basic, clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. There was some late night noise from revellers returning from a night out which we could hear through our window at the back of the hotel.

Overall, a good budget hotel in a central location five minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants and fifteen minutes walk from Albert Dock.

Room Tip: If you are travelling with family and require two rooms for a larger family, I suggest that you request rooms close together as this is not automatically assumed to be a requirement.

would really recommend the food excellant quality at very reasonable prices.
staff were very help full and friendly. there was a carpark across the road but there was a charge of £17.00 for a 24 hour stay we felt this was dear. we found another carpark which was £6.00 for 24 hour its at the end of the street turn right and you can see it . we would definetly stay at the premier inn again.

We managed to book the £29 rate and for that price could not complain about anything. The staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very good and the meal deal excellent value. If I had to find a negative, it was that the rooms were a little tired compared to other Premier Inns I have stayed in. As I have always found with Premier Inn, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
