We had the pleasure of staying at the West Derby Liverpool Premier Inn location and not surprisingly found it to be another example of a quality facility with quality facilities and good value for money... we have found Premier Inns across the UK are consistent and will continue to explore the UK staying at Premier Inns!

Well done again the Premier Inn at West Derby, Liverpool. Great location, great friendly, helpful staff.
See you again soon we hope !
Stayed here on five occasions now and to be honest, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was an overnight stop on a road trip up the country to Scotland. We checked in early evening on a Monday, and were quickly given the cards to our recently-refurbished room.

This is a low-lying, sprawling hotel, which means the walk to some of the rooms are a long walk from the front door and reception. Fine for me, but some people might want to ensure they are in a closer room when checking in.

Premier Inn's refurbished rooms are a real treat - the usual comfort I've come to expect from the chain, but just the little bit nicer with the added touch of a bright purple neon around the headboard (you can turn it off!).

We did enjoy the full breakfast, which was delicious, although we were treated with some disdain by a particular staff member taking the breakfast orders, who seemed to think customers were a hindrance to her job. It didn't ruin the experience, but it's never pleasant being served by someone who clearly would rather you weren't there.

The hotel is well-located for inner Liverpool, but far enough from the centre that it's easy to get to from main roads and parking is still free. There's also both an M&S Foodhall and and Aldi across the carpark, so you can pick up a few bits no matter which end of the grocery price spectrum you prefer.
