Upon arrival we were greeted by the most friendly and hospitable lady who supplied us with freshly made blueberry scones and tea, right after we settled in.
This huge house was immaculate and superbly decorated; and we were led into the most delightful and spacious room which had a lovely modern bathroom ensuite.
Everything was available including cosy big bed, TV, dryer, lovely towels, and plumbing that actually worked! The dining room is one of the most beautiful we encountered in a B&B and the breakfast was just as good. Home made jams, etc. Nothing was too much trouble for lovely Patricia whose generous character is reflected in the reasonable tariff.
I could not recommend this place more highly!
Off street Parking on the property was not a problem. Very near to the famous Sefton park and the historical glass house, also a must see on your list. There are plenty of eating places not too far away too within a twenty minute walk past the park.
Pat was also very helpful with information regarding transport into town which is within easy distance. eg LIverpool docks area is now very modern and worth a look. The Beatles Museum in the city is reasonably good and includes a replica of the Cavern Club which is supposed to be more authentic than the present one.
So put LIverpool and Sefton Villa on your tour list! I would definitely stay here again if
in the area or nearby without hesitation.

Room Tip: Not sure which rooms are available but all are sure to please. Ours looked out onto the street which was very quiet.

Wonderful hostess; wonderful room; cannot fault a thing and the best I have stayed in. If you need a taxi, use the local firms...half the price. I love Liverpool and will be back to stay here. Thank you.

Room Tip: Only one room and fantastic.

It could not have been a better stay.

The house is really well located, just 10 min by bus until city centre. The bedroom clean and spacious. Nice bathroom with homemade soap and conditioner. Besides, excellent breakfast with also homemade products.

Definitely, if I come back to Liverpool, I will stay in Sefton Villa for sure.

Thank you for this amazing stay.

Spent a night at this B & B & wished we could have moved in! Pure comfort in a quiet location, we slept so well that we had to prise ourselves out of bed. Great location close to the beautiful Sefton Park, with easy access to Liverpool City Centre. Pat, the owner, was incredibly friendly, helpful, & great to chat to. Just lovely!!

We could not believe how lovely our room was. Very spacious, with comfortable armchairs and very tastefully decorated. Pat has an artistic background and it shows in her choice of decoration throughout the house. All very well equipped and very good value. We were close to Sefton Park and within easy walking distance to Lark Lane, where you are spoilt for choice of good places to eat. We walked to St Michael's station (about 20 mins) and got the train into Liverpool Central. We then travelled on to Crosby to see the Anthony Gormley statues-all 100 of them. Very thought provoking. Pat then recommended getting back on the train and going to Southport, which proved a great choice. Lots of antique/ junk shops and wonderful 1920's tea rooms with a great atmosphere.

Room Tip: Only one room so book early.
