Our stay for five people in two rooms was good overall; comfy beds, clean rooms, working TV &c but there were some glitches.
The pool was not working on the day we arrived, which was a shame as we had three children. We were offered free breakfast as compensation although we had to remind the staff of that the next morning.
The breakfast room ran out of plates and water
The plug in the bath need to be manually removed each time using fingernails as the lever did not work.
The cover of the airvent in the loo had only two out of four pins needed to hold it in place
Room cards had to be repeatedly updates to gain access
A locker in the gym changing room seized up and it took 20-30 minutes and three visits by staff to lever it open while the user had to wait in their towel.
