I took my daughter here after a pamper day so we could get ready and hit the town. Reception man was very helpful and couldnt do enough to help. I asked for prosecco in the room and it was waiting in an ice bucket with 2 champagne flutes. The perfect finishing touch. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Liverpool x

We ended up having to book this hotel after our air b&b apartment cancelled 2 days before we were due to leave with 10 friends for our 30th birthday.
It turned out to be a blessing as the hotel is spotless clean, staff are so welcoming and we were within walking distance to everything! Even though it's central, it's quiet enough for a decent sleep.
Upon leaving we realised we had lost a gift bag - the staff (apologies can't remember your name!) Took my number promising to call if they found it.
They called today and are going to post the gift to me....nice touch!
We will definitely return in the future.

From check in to check out.
Small & friendly hotel.
Great location for a visit to Liverpool.
Rooms great, modern and decoration throughout the hotel is immaculate. Tea/coffee with refills when requested. Lots of hot water. Towels and toiletries etc.
Staff are friendly and professional and want you to have an enjoyable stay, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

We loved our time at the Central Station Hotel.
We had a lovely room overlooking the street below.

You can hear the music from the bars in the room but we were aware of that before we came and to be honest it didn’t bother us one bit! We sleep fine, and it was nice hearing the karaoke it was funny at times.

The room was spotless clean and had everything you could ask for. Including ear plugs if the music is to loud for you.

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

The hotel is central, and everything is pretty much in walking distance.

I will be staying here again and recommending it to others.

Great central location, modern, good decor, comfy beds, cheap, lovely manager, clean(ish) (apart from one marked pillow case).
We would have given it 5 stars BUT the pub next door crashed metal barrels around from midnight until 1:30am and started at 7:45 the next morning. It was very loud. Like metal bin lids being crashed together right outside our window. When we complained about the noise at 1am the girl on duty (with blue hair) said “well it is a city centre location!”. Not ideal at 1am.
The next day the delightful manager apologised profusely and gave us a discount and vouchers towards breakfast in a nearby eatery. I would go back if guaranteed a room on the street side of the hotel. Avoid rooms at the back. NB no breakfast.
