Ok. Exactly what you expect with a Premier Inn, disappointing that we were not correctly informed about the times of the restaurant closure meaning that when we got back to the hotel to check in at 8pm we then find out it was closed (we got a call earlier in the day saying it was closed tomorrow) meant that us and our 2 year olds had to dine on petrol station food!
Great stay with a friend for one night. 10 minute walk to the Pleasure Beach and hotel uses a good taxi company which provided a quick and cheap service to the Tower and other attractions.
Bed was very comfortable, room had a hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. Could not fault the lovely staff, so friendly and helpful.
Only complaint was how hot the room was and the temperature control stated it was not an air conditioning unit therefore couldn't cool the room. As this was an exceptionally warm weekend and hotel had had a problem with the electricity this understandably could not be helped but was quite uncomfortable, especially after having a shower.
Second time we have stayed here very friendly welcoming stayed in 5 star hotels around the world these two girls are a credit to the tourism industry in black pool and the premier inn clean tidy central what more can you ask for on a family trip to blackpool thanks again girls see you next year
Clean well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff we encountered were cheerful and courteous. Buffet style breakfast was of good quality. No air conditioning or lift so if you are on the upper floor you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Not too far to walk to the beach, but a fair walk down to the tower, but you can also catch the tram down to the tower area once you are at the beach. Entry to property was a bit had to find as not very well signposted.
