Brilliant hotel, second time of staying. We had a family room which was excellent for our three grandchildren. Rooms are well looked after and we had one overlooking the pitch which is fantastic. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Only slight downside was there appeared to be a shortage of staff to cope with the numbers of people staying in the hotel.

We end up on a night out in Blackpool every year. We like to book outside of town because my friend is mobility impaired and taxis get shirty doing small runs.

We’ve stayed in the premier opposite here but this knocks spots of there. The rooms are modern and well equipped to sit comfortably. We had a wet room which was great, could do with a shelf and hook but fine otherwise. We had a car park view but weren’t bothered, I noticed a good tip was to ask for a pitch view too late. The bar has a great pitch view though...and friendly staff!!

We found the pillows had no substance and the bed a touch too firm but nothing too bad to put us off returning.

Breakfast is normally buffet but low numbers meant we were served. It was delicious... loved it!

The door staff and reception were all pleasant and helpful. Bit annoying the disabled spot was coned off the whole trip, never used. I asked and was told to park 5 places further up. It’s not the extra walk, my friend can manage that, it’s the room to swing your doors open enough for her to get out. Could do with no cones or more disabled specs.

Great stay though, we’d be happy to return.

This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in in Blackpool! Our room was amazing! The pitch view room was great for our boys. The breakfast was plentiful, well cooked and served in a lovely dining room. Fantastic value. We’ll definitely be back!

Paid for 3 nights, today was most expensive, there is a fooball game on and we assumed we would be able to watch this from our room as we paid for a pitch view room. NO! Apparently it is not the hotels policy, however, when you sign in it says you can’t watch the game, did not read thisand no one brought it directly to our attention, or we could have purchased tickets.
