Just got back from a very enjoyable stay at the manuela rose. We were greeted by the owner who was very polite as soon as we got to the door and check in was quick and simple.
We were shown to our room which was of ample size, very clean and actually smelled very nice, and the bathroom was adequate and clean. The room was serviced both days we were there with clean towels and plenty of tea and coffee in the room which is nice.
Breakfast is lovely with as much toast, cereals, juice and milk as you like. This sets you up for the day so much so we didn't even think about lunch. All the staff especially at breakfast should be commended as well as the owners as they are very polite and nothing is a problem to them, the whole operation is faultless and the hotel is a credit to all of them
All in all a lovely stay, our son nor us wanted to come home, thanks to you all.
We visit blackpool every year and thank God our search for a lovely place to stay is over, see yous again manuela when we visit again.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 7 year old daughter! We were greeted by the owner on arrival very pleasant man! Room was lovely and warm and very clean ( had booked twin room but we were put in room with double and single bed witch was nice) room had plenty space to walk around in.breakfast was lovely and served quickly after been ordered.location is great as it was a small walk to the sea front and coral island. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed in this hotel on three occasions and would defiantly recommend it to family and friends and will certainly be using it again myself! As you enter the hotel you are greeted by the owners Kevin & Pat who have run the business for the last 13 years and remain as enthusiastic as the day they opened. The hotel's location is excellent because it is very central meaning all the main attractions are within walking distance, however situated on a quiet road you don't get the noise usually associated with Blackpool. There is also a large car park situated nearby offering ample parking for the whole family. The rooms are always clean, tidy and in good decorative order thanks to Kevin & Pat's well oiled team. Each room has an En-Suite bathroom which is both convenient and private and there is also tea/coffee making facilities in each room. The hotel offers a breakfast service that delivers a lovely full English breakfast at a competitive price and they also offer delicious homemade food in the evening which consist's of three courses. Further to this there is also a bar in the basement which has a pool table, competitive alcohol prices and music, Kev works flexible hours in the bar and you can trust him to be in the bar with you until 1am and up and ready for the breakfast rush at 9am! The owners' local knowledge and friendliness ensures you can ask them a variety of questions and expect an honest, local answer which is brilliant when you are a tourist. We really cannot fault this hotel as me and my family truly love and enjoy the service here! If you are ever thinking of staying in Blackpool then this should be your chosen hotel!

Just got back from a short break at this hotel it was very clean .on arrival we met the owner who told us were our room was .we had a family room right at the top at the back but if you looked out of the window you could see the tower. Breakfast was served between 9/9.30 only which maybe could be a bit longer as on the second morning the girls seemed disorganised and it wasn't even full we even got another table's breakfast only to have it taken off us .hardly saw the owner's even when checking out at ten .all in all a comfy couple of night's stay

hello sorry one of our girls made a mistake with your breakfast they are normally well organised. I booked you in and worked the bar between 6pm and finished around 12pm and 1am most of the other guest came down to the bar had the England game on and music the rest of the time we are sorry if we didn't see you again as you came through the door and straight up the stairs but we had a busy time also had people in for evening meals which kept us busy during the day but most people were out enjoying themselves we have two stairways and can sometimes miss people checking out but manage to say good bye to many of our guest

Not a great start to our weekend away because of traffic but when we finally got there it was a blessing to be able to park right outside the hotel whilst the firework display was going on. (We did have to move the car later) but there is a big car park over the road so no problems there. Pleasent couple who run the place and was very happy to help us with the parking scenario we was having. Lol. Anyway. Our room was nice and cosy with t.v. and plenty of tea/coffee to drink also ensuite which is always good. The bed looked a bit dodgy but was actually really comfortable and we both slept well. Can be a bit noisy at night when the pubs are closing but it doesnt last long. We didnt eat breakfast here but we could have for 3.50 pppd but we were up early and went to maccys instead. I would stay here again even though the rooms are a little dated but enjoyed it here none the less. Close to everything also so you dont need to walk very far to get to coral island, tower and all the shops.
