We stayed at Easedale House over New Year. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with a very comfy bed and everything we needed. Danny and Bernie we're perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was delicious and spot on for a day's walking. We have stayed in a few bed and breakfasts in Keswick but this was easily the best.

we stayed here for 3 nights in the October hols and everything is spot on! Got a lovely warm welcome from the lovely Sunderland couple, Danny and Berni. They were so friendly and nothing was a bother to them. We picked the room which had another bedroom within it, which was perfect for our teenage son. This keeps everyone happy, which is a bonus! The room was spotless and a good size, the weather was really bad so the supply of hot drinks and biscuits and a lovely shower was most welcome after days walking in the rain. There is also a room to store your walking boots to dry them out each night which we really needed. We got parked in the next street but it really would be pot luck to get a place. The breakfasts were lush, with cereals, fruits and a full Lakes breakfast hitting the spot! I also tried the salmon/scrambled eggs and a cheese omelette, which were both lovely. The position of the hotel is perfect for the Town as it's just round the corner in 2 minutes. We had a great stay here and will defo go back, thank you Danny and Berni, the Rileys

Stayed here for a few nights with our 7 month old son. This was our first little trip away with him and we were quite anxious about how we would manage being away from home for the first time with a baby. Danny and Bernie could not have been more accommodating. Our room was excellent, a great size even with the travel cot in, our son had a little play mat on the floor which was great as I had only brought a blanket for him to play around on on the floor. A highchair was provided which made breakfast a nice experience for us. The Cumbrian breakfast is amazing (never seen sausages like it before). I would fully recommend this for anyone but especially for any young families on their first trip away!

Once again couldn't have asked for more on our return visit. Danny and Bernie are excellent hosts. Very friendly and informative. The breakfast certainly sets you up for a full days walking in the beautiful Keswick area. Superbly cooked with plenty of choice. Easdale House is in a great position, minutes away from the town centre with a great variety of 'eateries' on the doorstep. No doubt we will be back.

Rooms where spotless and felt like home from home. Breakfast was an added bonus which was brilliant for setting you up for the day. Thanks ever so much guys and I would highly recommend Easedale house to anyone.
