Probably a bit stingy only awarding three stars as the quality is excellent, surroundings superb and staff very good. They clearly have strong environmental principles and the menu reflects this, my breakfast of spicy beans, avocado a d jalepenos on toast was excellent. The coffee likewise. But and there is always a but.... this place was so much better before it was vegetarian. Sorry..
