Dear Foxhunter,

Just wanted to say what a wonderful night all my family had last night. The entertainment was fantastic and the new Entertainments Team Jason and Stephanie are a great addition to your team they have brought such a fun and upbeat vibe to the club whilst catering to everybody's needs real professionals. Tony and the bar staff too have made the club a real success and place we hope to spend many more evenings in the future

Thank you all for your hard work.

Kind regards

Mrs Walker

Wonderful park. Could not fault it and had a wonderful time. They only thing that would be extra in its favour would be the addition of an indoor pool. Faultless all the same. Great food and entertainment and great cliental base that I can only assume some own there lodges and caravans. The only downside is thanet has nothing to offer in way of sightseeing except some excellent wildlife parks. The park is worth the visit.

We chose Foxhunter Park which we thought would be OK but sadly we were shoe horned into a corner of the park surrounded by trees, which meant there was no let up from birds messing on the place and our car. The room stunk of old cooking oil and the laminated surfaces were all peeling from the units. The decor was very dated and the bedroom was a serious problem because the bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy and the floor felt unsafe and was very noisy, we even tried the fold up bed in the living area but that was not possible because it had an unhealthy earthy smell to it. The so called wifi was non-existent. The TV was small and problematic to operate. There was at times the most horrendous stink from the farm slurry nearby. The entertainment was very one dimensional and boring the only saving grace was the food which was OK and the staff who delivered it were very nice. Because the caravan was so horrible I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very shoddy, I would imagine that this is why there are no photos of the caravan anywhere on the website. There is no shop, the arcade is a cash cow con, there are no shops nearby and the place is a little isolated in terms of local amenities. In the end we used it as very uncomfortable place to sleep. It's a real shame because our experience has left us feeling like we've been mugged of our hard earned..

Hello MonktonRaider,

Firstly I would like to apologize on behalf of The Foxhunter Park that you did not enjoy your stay with us, we appreciate your feedback, and I hope you will be able to appreciate our honest feedback on the basis of your review.

To begin with I would like to say we constantly review our hire fleet after every season, checking on quality and condition which ultimately makes us decide which band the caravan will fall into. There is only a small number of our hire fleet caravans set on the outskirts of the site which fall under trees and you can always choose where to be located when booking with Hoseasons.

We are sorry that you had issues with Wi-Fi connection when staying with us, sometimes due to high volumes of users the connection can be more difficult to pick up. As this can sometimes be an issue we are actually looking to improve our Wi-Fi throughout the park for the benefit of our owners and holiday guests.

Our clubhouse entertainment is usually rated highly by our park owners who always feedback to us on how they think and feel. We are sorry you felt the entertainment was too similar. We have an array of different entertainers who offer different genres ie vocals, comedians, illusionists throughout the peak season to keep everyone entertained.

Foxy's are arcade is also a shop that sells fresh produce ie milk, bread, newspapers, bacon, toiletries etc.The nearest shop is a five minute drive down the road in the next village which is the equivalent of a cost-cutter.

We hope that you reconsider visiting us again,

The Foxhunter Park
