Having looked at the menu online, I was a little disappointed to turn up and be told that they now only offer a choice of having one of the two set menus (Dips + Bread / Hot Mezze / Mixed Kebab or Dips + Bread / Mixed Kebabs). As a table we settled on the 3 course set menu.
Have to say though that all the food was excellent. The Turkish bread served with the 5 dips was too good and as it was limitless we had to stop ourselves from filling up on that. The falafel, sausage, halloumi and salad which followed was equally as good. The Mixed Kebab platter was an immense mountain of mouth-watering meat, all off it expertly cooked on the charcoal grill. Again this was limitless and was served with more salad, rice and fries if you wanted them. The kebabs consisted of various cuts of chicken, pork and lamb each cooked to perfection. We were given a taster of baklava to round off the meal, but we were well and truly stuffed by that point.
The service was great on both occasions we visited, but it was relatively quiet each time. However, good as the food was, having no menu choice (unless that has changed since my visit) kind of puts me off from going back in the near future, as I prefer to try different dishes on return visits. It does make me wonder whether it will survive in its current, limited format.
