Stayed 3 nights in convenient city centre location; easy walk to all we wanted to visit. Clean and comfortable hotel with good internet and with heatwave at the time, excellent air conditioning was a boon! Quiet, no road noise despite being on junction.

Superb location in centre of Canterbury but have to pay for (local) parking - can't win them all. Everything was OK except the view from our room.(212). Waitrose opposite where you can park for 90mins and get free coffee with Waitrose Card

Room Tip: Don'y accept room 212

A great place to stay. Book early to get the best rate as it does go up quickly.
Parking now a bit expensive as there is no longer subsidised parking nearby, so £1.70 per hour from 7am to 9pm.
Thyme restaurant is brilliant.
Why stay anywhere else - apart from the expensive parking.
Thank you to Amber and all her colleagues for being lovely.

After returning from a wedding last night and checking into our rooms we got into bed and the bedding seemed damp The room was very cold and I think this make of caused the dampness due to the air conditioning was up so high Surely it is up to the individual to turn on this if needed also why can they not leave more milks in your room we had 2tbags and 4 satchel of coffee but only 4 milks each mug needs 2 milks each come on it’s not that expensive to give your guests more milk please
