very friendly and helpful owners.good choice at breakfast.stayed in a superior double so enjoyed the little extras and the size of the room and en-suite.about 10 minute walk along the river into the city.car parking at rear.

Room Tip: stay in a superior double if possible as you get a larger room , bed and en-suite .

We had a lovely time in H&H I had checked a few reviews on booking and how close to the local restaurants, the rooms had great quality and amenities the great and massive breakfast just sets you up for the great dinner that comes later and all within walking distance from H&H I bought my partner here for her birthday and she and we both loved it and will return next year so many thanks H&H hope this review helps others to also visit this lovely place.

Room Tip: Beer and cider if you had a drinks license.

We’ve been in this B&B (ten minutes from the city centre) for two nights. Our room, a cosy double, was beautiful and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast is served in a lovely room, with a veranda, and comprehends both continental and English breakfast freshly made. Heidi and Paul are really kind people. Highly recommended B&B to stay in Canterbury.

You will not be disappointed in this excellent B&B that that is a great place to stay and just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, Marlowe Theatre and Canterbury High Street.
Heidi and Paul made us feel extremely relaxed and the whole ambience of the place is very warm and welcoming. We were even greeted by the gorgeous smell of home-made bread on arrival!
Lovely little extra touches like the great toiletries, fresh milk, water and mints in the room were great and not something you always get in a B&B.
Breakfast was delicious and the home made bread tasted amazing.
Would highly recommend this B&B for a great stay in Canterbury.

Room Tip: All the rooms are excellent but would highly recommend the Superior double

Harriet House is a great place to stay, the free parking is great, and the place is very cosy and although fairly basic, it is run by the nicest couple.
Paul went out of his way, and was so helpful with his recommendations which were all spot on.
Even when he was really busy he was cheerful and friendly.
Place was very clean and it felt more like visiting than being in a B&B.
The home made bread, jams and croissants are excellent. The best pancakes we have had too!
Heidi is really lovely and just as friendly.
I’d certainly recommend Harriet House, plus it is a great location.
