We have stayed here a couple of times in the past and on this occasion it also met with the high standard we had received before with regards to the room and service. But on this occasion having been offered a continental breakfast during the booking process (with pictures of what was on offer) we decided to booked this also. Though on the day this was far from what was on offer/advertised.... Not a piece of fruit, fresh, dried or otherwise to be seem or any baguettes just ham, cheese, toast and rice crispies, with the coffee machine broken so being served out of a jug which was only lukewarm with dirty glasses and cutlery. Therefore leaving us rather disappointed with their breakfast experience even though adequate but far from what was advertised .

Having checked my bank account since leaving the hotel I have noted that I have been charged twice for my one night booking for a very very basic hotel room. The facilities were reasonable given the price initially however I got a maximum of 2 hours sleep after listening to a group of teenagers fighting outside for half the night. I understand you get what you pay for but I have not since been able to contact anyone to claim a refund for the trip that I’ve paid for twice now. Not best impressed this time unfortunately however the location is perfect and close to the city centre.
