“Clean and cosey holiday appartment”
Reviewed 30 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

We spent our two weekend holiday in this clean and cosey appartment, together with out little dog. We received a warm welcome. The view from the appartment was magnificent. We enjoyed the more than complete kitchen tools. Everything Rye has to offer was in walking distance. Worth every penny.

“Seaview cottage Rye”
Reviewed 5 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

A lovely little flat with panoramic views to the rear yet centrally located. It was well equipped for our stay and the owner supplied a 'welcome basket' of the essentials- bread, milk, eggs - and coffee and tea in the cupboard. I would book again if we go back to Rye!

“Cosy warm and comfortable”
Reviewed 21 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

Beautiful views from the windows. We had everything we needed. Managed to cook meals with no dramas. A sofa each. Others please note! Its no good sleeping 12 but
Seating 6. Seconds walk to gorgeous Ediths House for unique homemade scones and jam. And the Grapevine for wine and jazz. Huge bathroom with thoughtful touches. Plenty of transport for far afield and the sweep of sands that is Camber. Hastings old town. Owner lives beneath but noone can hear the other.

“Great location, great little apartment”
Reviewed 3 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Lovely little apartment located well in the centre of Rye. We brought our 9 month daughter along and were easily able to use the apartment with her - it even has a high chair and travel cot!

The apartment is amazingly well located and seconds walk into the centre of town. Views are incredible - you get sunrise blazing through the windows and sunset cast a lovely glow across the marshes.

If I were to improve this in any way, I would recommend the owners got blackout curtains for the bedroom (because of the sunrise) and perhaps a slightly more comfy bed. But both points not enough to drop it below 4.5* given how lovely and cosy the apt is and its location.

Owners/hosts are also pleasant and left us a welcome basket - not often that happens in holiday lets. Thanks again
