Giles was straight forward and easy to contact. On arrival Chris and the agent were helpful.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The location is central.
We had a great time and I would highly recommend the house.
I hosted my brother's stag weekend here. We were a party of circa 18 guys, typically aged in our mid-30s, and the place was spot on. There are great communal spaces for hanging out, ample sleeping space with a nice mix of bedrooms, clean linen and towels, and plenty of bathrooms/ toilets. The furnishing is funky but not too busy or delicate you worry about breakages! The location doesn't get better for easy access to Brighton's colourful and wide-ranging night life - I know Brighton very well, so knew this was the case when I booked it. You can walk everywhere in central Brighton from here and in the immediate vicinity, namely around St James's Street, and the seafront by the pier, there is an eclectic mix of pubs, restaurants and more boutiquey night spots E.g., Friday night we ate in an authentic Spanish restaurant, while on Saturday night we went to a fun, relaxed club, full of hen and stag parties, called the Funky Fish - both about five minutes' walk away. We were even able to walk to the marina for our fishing trip in the morning. The pub next door provided some interesting afternoon fun too!
If you can't have a good time here, don't bother booking anywhere else.

This house is perfect for a large group of people. Hens and stags alike. We were a stag of 24 and there was plenty of room. Location is really good very close to the centre, the beach and lots of bars. Giles and Mandy were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. If your going to Brighton, the check this place out.
