“Definitely coming back next year”
Reviewed 18 June 2011 for a stay in April 2011

I'd never stayed in a holiday rental before, always preferred using hotels, but it was a great decision, and we'll definitely be doing it again.

The building itself was amazing, it certainly was a mansion, and the flat itself carried on the effect. The photos of the flat looked amazing, but I'm always slightly dubious of photos - at Burlington Gardens it was the same as the photos - it felt like 5* luxury!

The location was amazing - less than five minutes to the beach, with shops about the same distance, and bars & restaurants even closer.

We're already thinking about going back next year...

“Perfect get away, home away from home”
Reviewed 11 June 2011 for a stay in May 2011

As soon as we walked in we all thought we could stay forever, an amasing apartment i could move in tomorrow, my nephew ran around the apartment in joy looking in every room. The main bedroom was very large with a lovely bathroom, also a window seat to have a good look out on to the street with a cup of tea in the morning. The spare room was also great for my sister inlaw and nephew they enjoyed their own bathroom. The kitchen was huge and everything you needed to cook even though we only used to cook breakfast, as we had takeaways which menus where available in the apartment also. The location was great 5 minute walk to the beach, we hired bikes from 'on your bike' for the week and biked everywhere. From the apartment we headed to christchurch one day and also down to sandbanks, the apartment was always a great welcome home after a long day out and being on the ground floor easy access from the back door with the bikes. There is a area to sit out in the afternoon to grab the last rays which we enjoyed a bottle of wine in the chairs one afternoon. We headed down for the end of may bank holiday, and had some hot days, we would defentley go back over the summer or next year and will stay here again in a heart beat.
