... the parking issues cannot be ignored. This place has awesome views over the harbour and is right in the port. But parking is 300 yards plus away up a bloody steep hill. This issue is not mentioned in the description - those elderly or who suffer medical conditions take note) This makes parking extremely inconvenient. We also had to share a bathroom and breakfast is a 5 minute walk away (all mentioned in the description- but I missed it).
All in all £95/night seems, like the hill to the parking, a bit steep.
Rooms themselves are quaint and the bathroom clean. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

This accommodation was excellent. An outrageously fantastic room that look over the harbour of Port Isaac onto the Docs house (for the Doc Martin fans). It also had a three tiered garden that is to die for where real estate is at a premium. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. If I were to ever be in this part of the UK again I’d stay there again in a heart beat.

Very relaxed accommodation with a garden out the back. Room was attic room, second floor, very comfortable with views over the harbour when standing at the window, shared bathroom very clean and great shower. Breakfast at a cafe/bar down the street where the staff were also very friendly and a good choice of breakfasts. Only stayed one night but would have been happy staying for a few more.

Lovely view from our room and staff were welcoming and nice.
As other reviewers have commented there is very limited parking within Port Isaac and so you do have to park approx 0.5 miles away. Not a problem when dropping off or collecting bags as you can park outside hotel for a short time.
Bed was not the most comfortable and for someone over 6ft the shower was abit small. Other than that I cannot complain and certainly had a lovely weekend away.
