We chose to stay here due to its proximity to the beach, which was perfect. The apartment itself was on the second floor and pretty central in the building itself.
When we arrived at 16h25 the cleaners were just leaving but i don't believe that the floor had been washed and although not dirty, the apartment could certainly do with a deep spring clean over the winter.
The apartment was modern and of a good standard, with a decent balcony which faced south (given the fabulous sunny weather we had we are glad we paid extra for) and also a sea view (over the car park), at night you could even here the waves crashing.
The small issues I have are in relation to the maintence/upkeep of the apartment. The glass shade on the small lamp was broken leaving sharp/jagged glass, the plinth fell off the kitchen cabinets every time you opened the dishwasher, the dirty old rubber bath mat was unpleasant and 3 bulbs in the lounge had blown. It's also a shame that the bedroom window does not open more than an inch since it was quite hot at night.
Criticisms aside, I did enjoy our stay here and would stay again, although its not cheap, location is great and there are a couple of bars and restaurants just next door.More
