This guesthouse is well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were bright, spacious and well presented. Louise and her husband were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities the guesthouse offered were great, the hair drier was good, you could have a fridge in your room if you desired, honesty bar in the lounge area, even an umbrella in your room for you to use which is a nice touch. St Bernard's was everything you would expect it to be after reading all the positive reviews on trip advisor. I would definitely recommend it !

The host Louise is a star, she's lovely, friendly and will do anything to make your stay the best it can be.
The rooms and spotless. The beds are super super comfy! And the breakfast....YUMMY!
Definitely will be returning here again, as I also recommend everyone else to!

Stayed one night whilst walking the SWCP. Great welcome to this boutique style hotel. We stayed in room 2 at the back of the property very quiet bright modern room lots of sockets and USB points. Comfy bed. Tea coffee in room flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Access to lounge with DVD library large TV and playstation. Honesty bar with lots of choice and Tassimo machine. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. I had bacon and poached eggs on Toast. This is a very good B&B run by a very friendly family.

My friend & I stayed here for 4 nights over the bank holiday weekend at the end of May this year as we were attending a friend's wedding on the Saturday.

The B&B was absolutely excellent. The host Louise was lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Room was very clean, very modern & we had all the facilities we could think of and more! USB sockets installed in the plugs, so you don't even need to take your bulky phone charger with you, just the wire! :) The only criticism I had of the room is that there was not much room to hang long tops/dresses, but we made use of the many coat hooks on the door and on the side of the clothes rail so we were happy enough.

Coffee & tea making facilities excellent. Room also included hairdryer, an excellent wall mounted rotating fan, tv with dvd player & alarm clock with ipod dock/speaker. Plenty of drawer space too. Honesty bar was one of many facilities available in the lounge area downstairs. Apparently there was a Playstation that was available for guests to use also but we didn't enquire about this.

Breakfast was lovely! Louise will cook anything you like (within reason) and she even provided us with alka seltzers on a particularly hungover morning when we must have both looked like death haha!

Well located in the centre of Newquay. 1 or 2 minute walk from bars, restaurants, tesco express, cashpoint & the seafront.

If you're thinking of going to Newquay for a weekend away I really can't recommend this place enough :) AMAZING!!!
