We stayed here as part of our honeymoon around Cornwall. The location of Lynvale is fantastic being just at the top of the hill on the way into Mousehole - no need to drive all the way into the village which is very helpful! The village itself is really very nice, just a minute's walk down the road. We enjoyed eating at the Ship Inn (good food and beer) and walking around the cliffs to Lamorna Cove. We would be happy to return. Jamie & Eliza

We stayed in this cute little B&B for two nights on our trip through Cornwall and loved the place!
A very friendly host and lovely room that was more than clean!
Our room as well as the rest of the B&B are decorated in a maritime theme and we had a clear view of the ocean from our window.

Breakfast is continental style which is a nice change to the normal (and more heavy) full English you nowadays get everywhere else.

Bathroom not ensuite but right outside our room and we had it to ourselves.

In an earlier review someone mentioned the challenge of parking your car here. Just bear in mind that the driveway is a bit steep/narrow (this is Cornwall after all) and that you should approach it slowly. Then you should be fine (our car was a Mercedes A-Class and we did not have any problems) Once you are up that driveway there is plenty of room to park your car.

For us this is one of the places that you would tell your friends and family about as one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely recommend to spend some time in this lovely little B&B.

Stayed for an impromptu night here last night and loved it. It is just up the hill out of Mousehole, but just a 10 minute walk up and 5 minutes down! Fiona is a lovely hostess who makes you feel very welcome and the B&B is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The breakfast is lovely, highly recommended.

We came to Lyndale with two sets of friends so had free run of the B&B. Beautifully presented, clean, modern, bright and with excellent parking. Superb breakfasts with unassuming but perfect service. Nothing was too much trouble and there was complete flexibility.

Good value for money given the level of service and its location --- we came for the magic of the Mousehole lights and were certainly not disappointed. A very special place at a very special time of year. First rate.

We booked a mid week break for ourselves, my parents and our son. Fiona the owner was great throughout and really helpful and the location is brilliant and only a 5 minute walk to the village centre down the hill. With plenty of parking this is a rarity in Mousehole in high season.
The only things I would point out are that the driveway is very steep and is difficult to navigate and there is a low wall part way up to be aware of. I had to reverse up due to traffic in the lane in front and behind me and could not see it but then most people would be able to go forwards and see it. The other thing is that if you want a cooked breakfast, ask for it the day before, we were not aware and had to settle for the continental option. I would however say that this was not a problem as the saffron Buns were incredible, as well as having a great selection of cereals, toast, croissants and much more.
The property was well appointed, clean and bright.
We will definitely go back as love the area and this place was a good find!
