“Just the job for us”
Reviewed 26 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Others have said it all before. All I can do is endorse the positive comments. Very central, car park space not to far away. No need to go far ..... It all happens in front of your eyes. Probable need a pair of binoculars and download vessel finder app and your entertained for the week.

Vacuum cleaner not ver powerful and entrance to queue not very wid. But we unloaded our car without going through alley. I should not be telling you this because you will book the accommodation and I will not be able to get it the next time I wish to go!

“The best self-catering in Falmouth”
Reviewed 22 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

I have stayed at many different self-catering accommodations in Falmouth over the years and this was by far the best.

Very central yet surprisingly quiet, the only noise at night was the occasional (muffled) sound of the seagulls, even during the Sea Shanty Festival weekend! The view was fabulous and our penthouse flat was very well-appointed with all the mod cons you could want. All types of restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and other attractions, as well as the ferries, bus stops and railway station, are within easy walking distance.

The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful when we met her on arrival, and we had no need to contact her again. Of course nowhere is totally perfect, and a few wall hooks for coats would be useful, plus we could hear the telly from below us at times (but I reckon they were hard of hearing) - not a problem though.

“We love this flat for its views & central location.”
Reviewed 22 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

This is the second time we have stayed here and it really is an excellent apartment. Being on the top floor it has superb views across the bay and we spent hours just watching boats come in and out. The down side of being top floor is the stairs but I like the strategically placed chairs on intermediate landings to allow for a rest. It is well appointed and comfortable and the owner is very accommodating. We look forward to our next visit.

“A real gem!”
Reviewed 21 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

We visit Falmouth often and have stayed at many of the excellent hotels etc. This time we stayed at St Piran in the Harbour Reach block of apartments as we were taking friends and staying for a long weekend. The view from the lounge/dining area was beautiful and the positioning of the flat, although very central in Falmouth, was very quiet and private. The flat was clean and well equipped and just perfect for a short break! We will definitely be returning!
